This article has peaked my curiosity! As a long time extreme seasonal allergy sufferer, i have done everything under the sun to remedy my suffering. I didnt want to take prescriptions for the rest of my life, the trade off isnt worth it, if you ask me. Ive added the probiotics to my diet, i use essential oils, and local raw honey... perhaps the liver supplements in this arricle will finish the job.

Im a huge fan of fermented garlic, I literally have 1/2 gallon jars of it in my fridge. I use it for salsa, hummus, YummYo sauce, for cooking, for salads, for just about everything. Its beyond easy and will keep for a long time.
