I figured out the Paleo Broccoli and Beef to be 3 points. And the Paleo Sweet Potato Boats to be 7 points. All delicious and healthy WW friendly options!

Hi there I am doing the classic points system it worked once and it will again it is by far my favourite. Its the calories fibre and fat calculation. Wondering if anyone else is with me?

After looking at the paleo menus & collaborating with Karen, I am very comfortable in assuming all Homegrown Oregon food choices are 10 WW points or much less. 1st week of weightvwatcher, eating these choices for my dinners, I am already down 5+ pounds!!
