1) Classic Vegetable Beef Soup
Braised Brisket simmering in our house-made beef stock, organic carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, diced red potatoes, organic green beans and fresh herbs… 24oz container of soup goodness (3pts)
 
2) Chicken Tikka (More a Chana Masala-) Homegrown O.G. recipe
Tender sliced chicken breast, warm Indian spices (Garam Masala, coriander, cardamom, cumin, turmeric and curry), rich coconut milk, onion, garlic, lots of fire roasted tomatoes, simmered with cashew pieces, and tender kale, served over roasted organic spaghetti squash. (3.5pts)
 
3) Stuffed Organic Bell Peppers
Open faced and roasted organic bell peppers stuffed with full with lean beef, mild Italian sausage, parsley, onion, organic Delcata squash & heirloom garlic.  Smothered with roasted garlic tomato sauce. Hmmmm. (4pts)
 
4) Roasted Pork Loin and Baked Apples
Brined, pan seared, and finished in the oven this Pork loin is tender and moist.  Served with our Dijon pan sauce, organic green beans and spiced baked apples (it’s time for apples!!!). (3pts)

5)Cilantro Lime Chicken Quinoa Salad
Organic Quinoa, organic carrots, organic bell pepper, cilantro, organic purple cabbage and our house-made cilantro lime dressing. Topped with a roasted chicken breast and our creamy lime avocado gauc.  (5pts)
